POEM BY KOSTAS KARIOTAKIS
SEA
However the heart that was stirred
by a deadly passion will never relax
Clouds seem gigantic and silvery
onto the leaden sky
when the sun reflects on them
and the wind blows on them
they ran behind the mountain.
Sea the beast and its colorful surface
dark blue at the far side
nearer light green and closer gray
as if dressed in a strange garment
